The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs — Bailliage de Laguna — warmly invites you to a special Bourbon Tasting & Dinner on Friday, December 6, beginning at 5:30 PM, graciously hosted at the Stirrat home, 66 Ritz Cove Drive, Dana Point.

We’ll open with an educational bourbon tasting, exploring styles, mash bills, and tasting techniques. The evening continues with a seasonal dinner featuring dishes cooked with bourbon, thoughtfully paired with select wines from our Chaîne cellar.
